Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Book Prompt Generator licences and related digital services.

Digital licences are delivered immediately via email (licence key + activation).
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time (access continues until the end of the billing period).
If something is broken, we’ll try to fix it quickly or offer a fair solution.

1. Scope

What this policy covers

This policy applies to purchases made on aignitionagency.com for Book Prompt Generator, including PRO subscriptions, annual plans and LIFETIME licences, as well as Enterprise deposits (where applicable and stated in the contract).

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds (when approved) are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times vary by bank/card issuer.

2. Digital delivery

Digital licences and immediate access

Book Prompt Generator is a digital product. After payment, we deliver access immediately (licence key / activation). In many jurisdictions, this can affect “change of mind” rights once performance begins.

We aim to be reasonable and transparent: if you experience genuine technical issues that prevent you from using the app, contact us and we’ll prioritise fixing it. If we can’t fix it within a reasonable time, we’ll review a refund.

3. Subscriptions

PRO monthly / annual subscriptions

Cancellations

  • You can cancel at any time from your billing settings (or by contacting support).
  • After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not charge after the next renewal date once the subscription is cancelled.

Refunds for subscriptions

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.
  • If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect plan), we will fix it and refund the difference.
  • If the service is unusable due to a confirmed defect and we cannot resolve it, we may offer a pro-rated or full refund (case-by-case).

4. LIFETIME

LIFETIME licences

LIFETIME is a one-time purchase granting long-term access to the licensed edition described at checkout. Because delivery is immediate (licence key/activation), refunds are limited.

  • If you accidentally purchased the wrong product or were charged twice, we’ll correct it.
  • If the software is unusable due to a confirmed defect on supported systems and we cannot resolve it, we may offer a refund (case-by-case).
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase unless required otherwise by law.
To speed things up, include your purchase email, approximate purchase time, and a brief description of the issue (screenshots are helpful).

5. Exclusions

When refunds are not available

We may not be able to issue a refund in the following situations:

  • “Change of mind” after you have received and used a licence key for a digital product (subject to local law).
  • Issues caused by unsupported environments (e.g. incompatible OS versions, corporate restrictions, blocked email delivery outside our control).
  • Requests without sufficient purchase information to verify the transaction.
  • Abuse, fraud, or repeated chargeback behaviour.

6. Chargebacks

Chargebacks and disputes

If you have a billing problem, please contact us first. Chargebacks create delays and additional fees. We’re usually able to resolve issues quickly (wrong plan, missing email, activation help).

  • If you file a chargeback, we may temporarily suspend the related licence while the dispute is investigated.
  • We will provide Stripe with evidence of delivery (licence email logs, activation records, timestamps) where relevant.

7. Requests

How to request a refund

Email us at info@aignitionagency.com with:

  • Subject: “Refund request”
  • Purchase email used at checkout
  • Order details (date/time and plan)
  • Reason for the request + any screenshots/logs
If your issue is technical (activation, email not received, app not launching), we may first propose troubleshooting. If it can’t be solved, we’ll move to a refund review.

8. Processing

Refund processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Bank processing times vary; it can take several business days to appear on your statement.
  • If a refund is issued, the associated licence may be revoked.
