• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

• You must provide accurate details where required (e.g. for licensing).

• FREE: limited features/usage caps may apply; no payment required.
• PRO (Monthly/Annual): subscription access during the paid period.
• LIFETIME: one-off payment for lifetime access to the included edition/features as described at purchase.
• Enterprise Pack: bespoke terms, scope and pricing agreed separately (SOW/contract).

• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices shown at checkout apply; taxes/VAT may be added depending on your location.
• If a payment fails, access may be suspended until resolved.

• Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
• Where applicable law grants a right to withdraw, we comply with those rules.
• For digital goods, you may be asked to confirm you want immediate access and acknowledge that statutory cancellation rights may be affected where permitted by law.

• No unlawful use, harassment, hate, or content that violates applicable laws.
• No attempts to break, probe or overload our website, licence endpoints or infrastructure.
• No distribution of malware, phishing, credential theft, or harmful automation.
• No unauthorised scraping, reverse engineering, or circumvention of technical measures.

• Stripe processes payments and may have separate terms/policies.
• Cloud/infrastructure providers help operate the Service.
• The app can be used with third-party AI models (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) — those services have their own terms.

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, lawful, original or fit for your intended purpose.
• You are responsible for editing, fact-checking, and ensuring compliance with publishing platform rules and applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGnition Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum required by law).

• You may stop using the Service at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or pose security/abuse risks.
• Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations (e.g. unpaid fees).

We may update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will always be available on this page. Material changes may be communicated via the website or email where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator’s jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
